I found managing only two study-related tasks the optimal workflow in my first three years of studies, this is something I discovered through trial and error. As teaching is one of my tasks, I have limited my studies to only two tasks at once. I have thus arranged this time into blocks where I have considered that each block has enough longevity to develop a flow to each section, but the maximum of two tasks happen simultaneously. This makes my schedule feasible and easy to manage.
Each year of study is divided into three blocks and considers the remaining four years of my study part-time.
