Stereoscopic | Ellen Rogers

Ellen Rogers

Some time ago now, with 2 different stereoscopic cameras I made this series.

These cameras have 2 or more lenses that shoot at the same time. The lenses are slightly apart emulating the effect of your own eyes. Once added to the viewer (or if you have the ability to see the 3D effect without the viewer) you can see the images in 3D. It’s a Victorian era technique and very fun to make and view.

These were in collaboration with Piers Atkinson a hugely talented milliner and fellow educator and East Anglian in London.
