Platinum Print on Fabriano paper, two of my negatives printed by David Chow in 2011.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I used to follow David's career closely back then and would occasionally drive to his studio in Cambridge, we would do some printing (I would learn to print platinum in his style, he was so open and giving) and sit around drinking tea. He was a vibrant character who had who frequented Soho house when he was in London and back in Cambridge he converted his whole house into a studio and darkroom which was just magical.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I've always printed my own work but I really wanted to see my work via David's printing style. I noticed an article I wrote back then for @lomography had expired and I asked them to add it back which it now is (thank you guys).⠀
This is a tribute post.⠀⠀⠀⠀
